Customer Support Specialist

We are supporting our client on a search for a Customer Support Specialist to join a growing, fully remote team. This role is the friendly, capable voice of the company across chat, email, and phone. You will help customers get unstuck fast, log issues cleanly, and be the first read on where the product experience needs to improve.
This is an entry-level to associate seat that opens up real growth into senior support, ops, or CX manager tracks. The team is remote-first, values clear writing over jargon, and celebrates people who take ownership of their queue.
Responsibilities
- Own first-touch resolution across chat, email, and phone for a fully remote support queueHandle billing, account, and product questions with clear, empathetic communicationLog tickets in Zendesk/Intercom, tag issues correctly, and hand off complex cases cleanlyEscalate bugs to engineering with reproducible steps and impact contextMeet CSAT, first-response, and resolution-time SLAs each weekIdentify recurring pain points and flag them to the product team
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer support, call center, or client-facing experience (remote support a plus)Comfortable working shifts across US time zones from a fully remote setupStrong written communication - clear, calm, humanExperience with any ticketing system: Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similarReliable home internet, quiet workspace, and self-motivationBonus: SaaS or e-commerce support background
