Brand Ambassador – HYROX Fitness Event

Thursday 9/3 – Monday 9/7 : 7:30am-4:40pm OR 12- 8pm

Location: Washington, DC (near the Walter E. Washington Convention Center)
Pay Range: $30.00 per hour

Temporary Contract – Special Event

We are actively seeking Brand Ambassador s to join a leading fitness technology company for a high-profile activation at HYROX - one of the most anticipated fitness competitions of the year! What You'll Do:

• Create a welcoming and engaging experience for event attendees
• Serve as a knowledgeable representative for the featured wearable technology brand
• Confidently communicate product features, benefits, and key talking points following training
• Encourage guests to participate in booth activities and interactive experiences
• Distribute promotional items, samples, and branded materials
• Collect attendee information accurately and professionally when required
• Demonstrate products and guide consumers through hands-on experiences
• Support event goals by increasing consumer engagement and participation
• Maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing activation space
• Collaborate closely with event staff and leadership to ensure a successful execution

To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:

• Previous brand ambassador, promotional marketing, customer service, retail, or event experience preferred
• Passion for fitness, wellness, sports, or active lifestyles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable engaging large groups of people with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy event environment
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to attend a required 1-2 hour virtual training session before the event
