What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments accurately and promptly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document clinical information clearly and thoroughly in electronic health records
Educate patients and families on care, procedures, and health management
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and moving patients
