This position is remote, enabling flexibility to balance professional responsibilities with personal needs. Full-time staff are expected to work 40 hours a week, with flexible scheduling options available, such as 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions to address client needs, designing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

  • Engage in thorough client interviews to gather significant social, personal, and health-related information for effective case management.

  • Evaluate client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Coordinate and design programs that meet clients’ emotional and social needs, ensuring holistic treatment.

  • Facilitate short-term crisis resolution and provide appropriate referrals to community resources when necessary.

  • Establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients through respect, trust, and acceptance.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic protocols.

  • Manage an active caseload and conduct regular evaluations of the therapeutic services provided.

  • Provide individual clinical counseling and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex client cases.
