Job Description Summary

This part-time position is for the OhioHealth Physician Group Interventional Spine office located on Lane Avenue in Columbus, Ohio, but does include some travel between another location. The Radiology Technologist assists during epidural spine injections using a C-Arm. No weekends or holidays. The Radiology Technologist position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Responsibilities And Duties

• Diagnostic Procedures (40%) : Performs diagnostic procedures. Conducts routine radiographic studies and specialized fluoroscopy using digital fluoroscope equipment. Maintains proficiency. Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.
• Obtain Diagnostic Radiographs (40%) : Places patient in proper positions, observes during procedure, adjusts technical factors, evaluates image quality, repeats as necessary.
