Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient In the outpatient setting at Aegis Therapies, you will work primarily with higher functioning seniors in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient clinics. The role is full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a flexible schedule that runs Monday through Friday - no evenings or weekends. Location Hartford, WI Schedule & Work Hours Full-time, part-time, PRN opportunities. Monday to Friday only - no weekends or evenings. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to residents in their rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, following evidence-based practice. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Track progress and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Qualifications Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice or the ability to obtain it. Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred.
