- 2-5 years of experience in a technical / IT support role .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL or any scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and learning.
