Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper
A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support operational and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain general ledger entries and financial records
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and vendor accounts
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and payments
- Manage payroll and reconcile online sales channel payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking
- Assist with month-end and year-end close
Ideal Qualifications:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
- Solid understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented
- Experience with e-commerce, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus
Salary: $70k - $100k/Year
