Junior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager, Merchandising to support the development, creation, and delivery of merchandising and promotional display projects. This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Their day-to-day responsibilities would include: Creating and setting up new projects in the company's project management system. Tracking 10 to 15 projects at the same time to make sure nothing falls behind schedule. Following up with teams such as Finance, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Operations to make sure they complete their assigned tasks. Scheduling and coordinating project milestones and approvals. Collecting and organizing important documents, reports, and budgets. Monitoring timelines and helping keep projects moving forward. Communicating project updates and resolving delays when they arise. Must Have Skills: 1 year of experience in: Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
