Manufacturing Associate

We're seeking a


hands-on, mechanically inclined Manufacturing Associate


to support


our clients plastic manufacturing operations


. This role combines


light mechanical assembly, deburring with inventory control


to ensure the production floor has the tools, hardware, and components needed to run efficiently.

Location:


Haverhill, MA

Schedule:


Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay:


$22.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Install, assemble, deburring and maintain basic production hardware using blueprints and technical drawings
  
  



• 
  Track, organize, and replenish inventory for tools, hardware, and machine components
  
  



• 
  Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  
  



• 
  Communicate with production and purchasing teams to ensure materials and parts are available when needed
  
  



• 
  Perform general mechanical support tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  
  



• 
  Follow safety procedures and maintain documentation for all work performed
  
  



• 
  Identify opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, or workflow in the inventory and hardware areas
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification is a plus
  
  



• 
  2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, hardware installation, inventory control, or a related manufacturing role
  
  



• 
  Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and basic technical drawings
  
  



• 
  Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  



• 
  Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
  
  



• 
  Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand throughout the shift
