Senior Software Engineer Staff, Level 5 - Clearance Required

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer. In this role, you will support the software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object‑oriented analysis & design, coding and unit testing, integration, and support for formal test and delivery. Basic Qualifications Experience with programming languages such as C and C++ Ability to work with multi‑disciplined teams Experience with full software life cycle development—including software design, architecture, integration, and testing Desired Skills Real Time Operating System (RTOS) experience (e.g., GreenHill or VxWorks) Knowledge of Agile Software Development Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Model Base Systems Engineering (MBSE) Previous experience writing and designing to software requirements Must be a US citizen and obtain Final Secret government security clearance prior to starting.
