About the Opportunity Florida State Nurse Registry, LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced CNA or HHA to provide one‑on‑one care for a senior client in Oakland, FL. Qualified caregivers of all backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands‑on patient care is highly preferred. Caregiver Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene. Provide mobility assistance, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation support. Safely assist and move a senior adult client with limited mobility throughout the day. Support fall prevention and maintain a safe environment at all times. Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed. Provide medication reminders. Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement. Redirect and supervise a client experiencing memory loss, confusion, or requiring frequent cueing. Perform light housekeeping related to client care. Follow the client's individualized care plan and report changes in condition. Ideal Candidate Experience working with seniors requiring hands‑on assistance and mobility support. Physically able to assist with transfers, repositioning, and movement of a senior adult client throughout the shift. Patient, calm, dependable, and compassionate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and safety standards. Requirements Active Florida CNA License or HHA Certification. Current CPR Certification. Reliable Transportation. Ability to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of a senior adult client. Professional and Compassionate Attitude. Dependable Attendance and Communication. Ability to Provide Quality Patient‑Centered Care. AHCA Level 2 Background Screening Clearinghouse compliance required.
