TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Carbondale, Illinois, 62901!

Job Title: Med-Surg Adult Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-Surg Adult Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 5-6 patients per nurse Experience: Minimum 2 years Description: This position is primarily within the surgical department, with some medical overlap due to bed availability. Agency nurses are generally scheduled for every other weekend. The manager is willing to discuss any holiday requests. The floor consists of 35 private patient rooms, equipped with two nurses' stations. There is a shift supervisor present on the unit during nights. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5-6 on night shifts. Patient care technicians are available for each shift to assist nursing staff.
