MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our dedicated team in a state-of-the-art surgical facility near Green Sea, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical technology and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Starting Pay: Competitive hourly wage starting at $30.00. Key Responsibilities
- Surgical Preparation: Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available and functioning properly.
- Instrument Handling: Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies, anticipating their needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Patient Care: Collaborate with the surgical team to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot surgical equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use in procedures.
- Compliance: Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and ensure all procedures comply with hospital policies, surgical protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Accurately document surgical procedures, including the use of instruments and materials, patient data, and any incidents during surgery.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Certification: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team.
- Competitive hourly wage starting at $30.00.
