OB/GYN Physician
University of Maryland St Joseph Medical Center (UMSJMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN Physician to join our growing practice in Towson, Maryland.
Unit Specifics
- 9 LDR's
- 2 OR's
- 5 Triage beds
- 20 beds in Level III NICU
- 30 beds on the floor used for postpartum, antepartum, and GYN patients
- EPIC EMR with Stork
Job Specifics:
- Group comprised of 3 OB-GYN Physicians seeking a 4th
- Hospital performs on average 2,200 deliveries per year
- L & D and continuity of care office coverage
- Inpatient & Outpatient settings
- 80% Clinical & 20% Administrative
- See on average 25 patients per day in office setting
- 5-10 new patients per week
- 2 office days/week
- Monday- Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am-4:00pm
- Labor & Delivery Schedule
- 1 (12-16) hr. L&D shift a week
- 1 (8) hr. L & D shift a week
- 2 (12) hr. weekend shifts/month
- Work collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives
- Position also available in Pikesville office

EDUCATION: 4-year OB/GYN residency (Required)
CERTIFICATION/ LICENSURE/ REGISTRATION: Licensed MD in the State of Maryland (Required) ACLS Certification (Preferred)
