RN Nurse Educator

Regency Health & Rehabilitation Center – Yorktown Seeking an RN for the Staff Development Coordinator position. Responsibilities Manages and provides required education to all staff. Administers and manages Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD annual checks. Delivers patient assessment, infection control, IV therapy, and medication administration knowledge to staff. Works closely with HR to provide new‑hire orientation and evaluates ongoing educational needs for continuing education and required in‑service training. Identifies, assesses, and implements in‑service programs to ensure satisfactory performance of clinical skills and knowledge. Serves as Infection Control Nurse, reporting infection control practices to the Infection Control Officer and Administrator. Qualifications Licensed RN. Minimum 2–4 years of nursing experience with clinical training experience. Expert knowledge of basic nursing skills (patient assessment, infection control, IV therapy, medication administration, etc.). Desire to teach and share knowledge.
