Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, tax planning, and related wealth preservation strategies. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an LL.M. in Taxation or are Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates . Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of significant experience in estate planning, trusts, wills, and related planning matters;
• A license to practice law in Florida and be a member in good standing of The Florid
• An LL.M. in Taxation and/or Board Certification in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, strongly preferred;
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills;
• A professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor;
• The ability to manage sophisticated estate planning matters independently;
• A desire to build a long-term future with a respected boutique firm;
• Strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.

Experience in elder law, probate, or trust administration is a plus, but the primary focus of this position is creating estate plans for sophisticated clients.
