Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Position Title: Lead Automation Anywhere Developer

Position Location: Strongsville, OH OR Pittsburgh, PA

Ability to work remote: No, 5 days in office.

Acceptable time zone(s): EST

Days of the week: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: 8 am start

Intended length of Assignment: 12 Months Contract to Hire W2

Function of the Group: Enterprise automation team, main focus risk management.

Industry background: automation experience

Team Dynamic: Working within an Agile crew within 2 weeks sprints.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Tech lead will be at the forefront of any automation requests that come into the team, to help decide what tool/platform will be used. - Hold meetings / discussions with different lines of business as well as full team to answer questions and coordinate actions. - Minimal mentoring of Jr team members. - Light coding - as needed.

Must Have Technical Skills: 8 - 10 yrs

• Automation Anywhere - Microsoft power platform
• Python or Java

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Gen AI
• SharePoint
• Jira, or ServiceNow

Soft Skills: - Ability to break down complex technical terms and information for non-technical business partners to understand. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education/Certifications: HS Diploma + relevant work experience

Interview Process: 30-45 minute interview with Hiring manager and Panel of team members. Second interviews as needed.
