What You'll Do Lead Multi‑Site Operations — Oversee a portfolio of corporate dining locations, ensuring consistent execution of culinary, service, and operational standards. Develop & Mentor Leaders — Coach and support General Managers, Chefs, and frontline teams to build high‑performing, hospitality‑driven operations. Strengthen Client Partnerships — Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, anticipate needs, and deliver strategic, solutions‑focused support. Drive Financial Performance — Manage district‑level financials including budgeting, forecasting, labor oversight, and cost‑control initiatives. Champion Innovation — Introduce new concepts, elevate guest experience, and lead continuous improvement across all sites. Ensure Safety & Compliance — Maintain rigorous standards for food safety, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
