Summary Run shifts at our busy Spring Mills Popeyes with a drive thru. When you are on, you are the person in charge. The Pay: $16.75 an hour for every hour you work, plus an extra $1.00 an hour for every hour the schedule names you as the manager in charge. You also share in a performance bonus paid every period on labor, food cost, guest satisfaction and drive-thru times. The Schedule: Full-time, 32 to 40 hours a week across five days, with one weekend day off. We open at 10:00am and close at 11:00pm. You will be certified on both opening and closing shifts, and the posted schedule tells you which you are working - you will always know a week ahead. The Job: Run the shift - the floor, the drive-thru, and the crew on it Cash: drawer assignment, counts, deposits and the safe Food safety: FIFO, temperatures, hold times, logs and inspection readiness Hold speed and order accuracy through both peaks Coach the crew in the moment, not afterwards Maintain cleanliness Leave the store ready for the next shift, every time Who We are Looking For. Someone who has run shifts before — restaurant, retail, warehouse, anywhere people and time had to be managed at once. You do not need fryer experience or Popeyes experience. We will teach you the product and flow. Training & Promotion A written six-week certification with paid shadow shifts. You will not be thrown in. Promotion opportunities to Senior Shift Manager or higher. If you go for a higher role and it does not work out, you return to your current role at your current rate.
