What You ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive urological assessments for a diverse adult patient population
• Perform specialized procedures such as ureteroscopies
• Collaborate with a seasoned staff and support team to provide seamless patient care
• Participate in hospital rounds, consults, surgeries, and occasional clinic coverage during daytime hospital calls
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document and coordinate patient care efficiently

Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in urology
• Valid PA or IMLC LOQ license
• Active DEA registration
• Proficiency in general urological procedures and patient management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with ureteroscopies and other advanced urological procedures
• Previous experience working in hospital and outpatient settings
• Knowledge of EPIC EMR systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Residency or fellowship in Urology
• Prior outpatient and surgical experience in a busy clinical environment

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure in Pennsylvania or eligible for IMLC LOQ
• Willingness to work a weekday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional hospital call and procedure coverage
• Passion for providing patient-centered, high-quality urological care
