James, Oil Refinery Plant Manager James Troy is on a mission to streamline and improve operations. A veteran of the aviation industry in search of career change, James joined Perdue AgriBusiness as an Oil Refinery Plant Manager. He enjoys contributing knowledge gained from past roles, and exploring new opportunities that address associates’ pain points. James is inspired by our commitment to the local community and ownership of the production process, from farming to packaging and product placement. Engaging in work that matters to so many—both consumers and the community—is one of many rewards. Eva, Digital Marketing Manager Eva Barrett believes in using teamwork to achieve great things. A Digital Marketing Manager responsible for Perdue’s consumer email and organic social media communications, she enjoys making true connections with consumers and fostering authentic interactions that further brand loyalty, educate, and inspire. What drives Eva in her day to day? She cites the company’s strong emphasis on collaboration and the positive, supportive work environment as contributing to both her personal and professional growth. Faye, Customer Service Representative Faye Fenderson is focused on making the customer experience seamless. In her role as a Customer Service Representative for Coleman Natural, she manages orders and helps to build out and document processes for those in similar roles.
