Healthcare Companion--Day Shifts

Alvita Care is seeking New York employees for per diem companion care—experts who are experienced, empathetic, and proactive professionals. Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain them. Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form. Must successfully complete the Alvita Care onboarding process to accept cases. Details Per diem day shifts of 6‑12 hours. M‑F availability is desirable; weekends are a plus. Geriatric experience, good tech skills, and proactivity are helpful. Weekly paycheck on Fridays (direct deposit, debit pay card, or paper check). Ask about Tap Check. Benefits Medical/health benefits available*. Sick time – up to 56 hours per year based on hours worked. 401(k) with company match**. Fast onboarding process. Subject to one‑year employment and 1,560 hours worked (average 30 hours/week). Subject to one‑year employment and 1,000 hours worked (average 20 hours/week). As we expand our circle of care, we are seeking top‑notch caregivers to service our NYC needs. We have private‑duty one‑on‑one care cases available as well as facility‑based care cases. All applicants are subject to a phone screening to determine compatibility and overall availability of accommodations for both the caregiver and the agency.
