Customer Service Representative I

Position Summary: Reclamation Technologies USA is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position plays an integral part in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating with internal departments to support operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Answer customer phone calls and emails Enter orders and maintain accurate records Create and manage jobs in Service Fusion Assist with quotes and job setup Prepare and submit invoices and credit memos to customer AP Process customer applications and onboarding Generate BOLs, manifests, SDS, and required documents Provide standard customer updates Maintain filing and documentation Assist with general administrative tasks Ensure accuracy across systems (SF, QB, Access) Maintain customer account details (pricing, contracts, records) Track tanks, assets, and inventory Monitor order progress and follow up on delays Coordinate with operations to ensure order completion Review invoices and credit memos for accuracy Schedule shipments and coordinate logistics Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Business or related field preferred). Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, client support, or call center environment preferred. Experience with Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, or similar platforms is an asset.
