Responsibilities Under the direction of a Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care. Qualifications
- High School graduate or the equivalent is required.
- Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
- Massachusetts state registration as a Pharmacy Technician is required.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Certification is required within 18 months of hire.
- One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
