Workers Compensation Claims Specialist

Managing a portfolio of moderate to high complexity commercial claims, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Specialist will investigate and resolve claims while providing exceptional customer service, with opportunities for remote work available. Key responsibilities Manage and investigate commercial claims by verifying policy coverage, developing resolution strategies, and authorizing disbursements Provide professional customer service by maintaining timely communication with insureds, claimants, and business partners Conduct focused investigations to determine compensability and liability, collaborating with internal and external resources as needed Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum of four years of relevant experience in claim handling Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable Completion of the CNA Claim Training Program may be considered with two years of claim handling experience Professional designations such as CPCU are a plus
