Job Description & Requirements Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 - $110.25 This facility is seeking an Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4, two 5p-7:30am night calls for inpatient service. Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Must be able to perform Oncology and Hematology experience preferred but not required. If no Oncology and Hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care. Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), a Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Licensure required: Must have active Indiana license, active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) (or one that is easily transferable) Facility Location Known as the "Amateur Sports Capital of the World" and the 12th-largest city in the U.S., Indianapolis is the capital of Indiana and home to an expansive variety of cultural and historical offerings.
