Salary Range: $16-$20/hr. DOE
Location: Fargo, ND

Position Overview :

• Assist customers with account access, mobile app navigation, and online banking tools
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Guide users through processes like transfers, bill pay, and account management
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, chat, and email

• Strong background in customer service and problem solving
• Comfortable with technology, mobile apps, and basic troubleshooting
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Reliable, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
