City Year Miami seeks an innovative, entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead site impact, revenue, and partnerships. This leader will supervise 7 staff and 40 AmeriCorps members across 6 partner schools, manage a $2.3M expense budget, and drive a multi-year strategic plan with the local board.
Reporting to the Market President and collaborating with City Year Inc., the ED will champion educational equity, fundraise from diverse sources, and strengthen district relations while advancing City
