About the Role:

Estes Handyman LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Myrtle Beach, SC! This is a great opportunity to put your hands-on skills to work in a flexible, part-time role where no two days are exactly the same. This is a part time position in which you will be required to work 1st shift 7am-3:30pm on Saturday and Sunday and 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm on Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs

Complete tasks such as drywall patching, painting, and fixture installations

Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently and effectively

Communicate professionally with clients on-site regarding work being performed

Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed in a timely manner

Clean pool deck, lobby, laundry room and any other areas throughout the shift.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with clients

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in various conditions
