The role requires collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes during invasive cardiac and radiologic procedures. Job Details Location: Medical City Denton, with a focus on the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) specializing in diagnostic and interventional heart caths, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures. Schedule: Days Shift, 10-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week. Certifications and Education Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN); ACLS certification; experience or skills in cath lab environment preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining sterile technique. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electrophysiology, interventional radiology, or neuro procedures is advantageous. Clinical competencies involve working with equipment such as temporary pacemakers, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and advanced imaging systems. Schedule includes rotating call after hours and weekends, approximately 50% of the month. Candidates must be assertive and capable of scrub and circulating duties within the cath lab setting.
