Supporting a group of clients, the full-time Account Associate will manage project and order management for digital media campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and present campaign performance insights while based in Missoula, MT. Key responsibilities Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service Assist Account Managers with administrative tasks, including contract processing and budget management Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients, presenting campaign performance data and strategic recommendations Required qualifications 1-2 years of professional experience preferred, but not required Proficiency in G-Suite and strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Understanding of basic advertising principles Comfort with mathematical and financial calculations Ability to work up to 50 hours a week when necessary
