As a Springstone Behavioral Health Claims Analyst, you will manage billing and collections for multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with payor requirements and maintaining accurate accounts receivable. Location & Schedule Remote – Days M‑F. Key Responsibilities Accurately perform billing and collections for all payors and facilities. Provide technical support to staff across multiple departments. Respond to inquiries from insurance carriers, patients, and family members regarding billing and account balance. Monitor financial systems to ensure accurate revenue recognition and maintain appropriate accounts receivable levels. Collaborate with Utilization Management to ensure pre‑certifications, authorizations, and appeals are completed on time. Follow up on insurance claims to secure appropriate reimbursement. Analyze EOBs, remittances, and EOPs to identify discrepancies or underpayments. Research and resolve claim issues. Prepare, submit, and track appeals for denied claims. Participate in weekly Accounts Receivable meetings. Required Qualifications High school diploma required; associate degree preferred. 3-5 years of computerized medical billing experience, preferably in behavioral health. Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines and UB04 billing requirements. Proficiency with computerized medical billing systems. Ability to manage multiple facilities and payor types simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment. Understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes within a multi‑facility setting. Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
