Facilities & Hospitality Specialist (Camp Support)

Camp Roger and Camp Scottie

Camp Roger in Rockford, Michigan, is seeking a Facilities Care team member for a part-time, hourly role during our rental season. Expect 20-25 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, with overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours. You’ll join the Outdoor Program Director reporting line, help prepare facilities for guests, and contribute to a clean, welcoming environment for camp programs and rentals.
