As a Security Coordinator – Level 3 or Level 4 located in Dulles, VA , you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work. In this position you will work closely with senior executives, customers, and government representatives, both internally and externally. In This Job, You Will Provide program security and personnel security (PERSEC) support, including review and processing of required documentation in support of the SAP and SCI nomination processes; prepare and administer program indoctrination and debriefings; access, review, and submit clearance/access information using DISS and JADE and other information systems; maintain PERSEC databases in accordance with customer tracking requirements; maintain and operate a document control register/database; process and manage incoming and outgoing visit authorizations and visitor control. Generate and/or review Program Access Request (PAR) packages; ensure all required information is provided, including currency of information, completeness of forms, and inclusion of required signatures. Generate Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), provide to briefer/debriefer, and/or execute briefs or debriefs on behalf of the government security team. Become familiar with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4), Sensitive Compartmented Information Administrative Manuals (DoD Manual 5105.21 Volumes 1-3), Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directives (ICD), IC Technical Specification (IC Tech Spec) for ICD/ICS 705, the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirements. Ensure compliance with government and corporate security policies and procedures. Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254 and issue subcontract DD254s. Serve as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing personnel security paperwork and as a data transfer agent to ingest files and upload into government databases. Maintain liaison and good working relationships with government agencies, external customers, contractors, employees, and managers. Perform other duties as assigned. This position can be filled at either Level 3 or Level 4. Basic Qualifications (Level 3) High School diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of additional education and/or related experience; an additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and program approval/access. Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community. Basic Qualifications (Level 4) High School diploma or equivalent and at least 6 years of additional education and/or related experience; an additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Active U.S. Government Top‑Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI and program approval/access. Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated, relevant security experience with industrial security programs within the Intelligence Community. Preferred Qualifications Active Top‑Secret/SCI clearance. Benefits Northrop Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $51,400.00 - $85,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $61,100.00 - $101,800.00 The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for long‑term incentives.
