Responsibilities Maintain a secure environment, greet visitors, monitor premises, respond to emergencies, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Engage courteously with residents and visitors, and assist with parking and leasing inquiries as needed. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or training. Certifications: Fire Safety and Basic CPR/First Aid; valid driver’s license if travel is required. Skills: Basic technical skills, following instructions, organizational knowledge.
