Impactful Youth Case Manager with Home Visits

Family Service League Inc. is seeking a full-time Case Manager for the Alternatives for Youth Program in Bay Shore, NY. This role involves coordinating in-home family support to help divert youth involvement in the Suffolk County Probation System. The Case Manager will conduct home visits and provide essential services to youth and families. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have experience in human services, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
