Pay: Starting at $17.50 / hour   Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking  Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)to join our dedicated team across Shasta County. In this role, you won’t just be providing care—you will be an advocate, a mentor, and a friend. You will support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, helping them live independent, fulfilling lives and connect with their local communities.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Every day is a little different, but here is a glimpse of how you’ll impact lives:

• Life Skills & Independence: Assist individuals with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.

• Community Engagement: Accompany individuals on fun community outings, shopping trips, medical appointments, and recreational activities.

• Goal Achievement: Help individuals work toward their personal goals, building confidence and independence.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with families and your team members to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
