We are searching for a high-energy QSR District Manager who can turn multiple quick-service locations into top-performing profit centers. This isn't just about reviewing spreadsheets—it's about boots-on-the-ground leadership, building thriving store cultures, and developing leaders from within. District Manager Compensation & Benefits

District Manager Requirements
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership within a QSR brand
- Proven success improving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Strong financial acumen; ability to analyze P&L and identify trends
- Experience coaching GMs on labor, execution, and team engagement
- Skilled in audits, compliance, and brand standards enforcement
- Food Safety Certification and valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems
- High-volume QSR experience
- Track record of building bench strength and internal promotions
- Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
