Jr. Maintenance Technician
Large property looking in search for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds, minor maintenance repairs, cleaning offices, models, assisting vendors and repairing physical structures of buildings and maintaining grounds by performing the following duties:
- Complete assigned work orders.
- Assist in communication with residents, delivery notices, work orders and repairs.
- Prepare apartments for change in occupancy.
- Clean internal and external areas of buildings.
- Maintain grounds and dumpster areas, pick-up loose trash, and enhance curb appeal.
- Empties trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup.
- Paint interior/exterior walls trim for parking lot surfaces.
- Operate snow removal equipment.
- Shovel snow from entrances, mailboxes, and high traffic areas and obstructed areas.
- Assist other departments with moving furniture, appliances, unloading and storing supplies.
