Full job description

We’re looking for a Lead Montessori Teacher who:

Has a genuine love for children
Has Montessori education, training, and/or hands-on teaching experience
Has a proactive attitude
Can hold the attention of a group of children during circle time
Can show presentations for new Montessori materials
Values teaching children independence through consistent daily routines— washing hands, circle time and songs, serving the table, cleaning up, and caring for their environment
Willing to Close the school
Brings patience, calm, and kindness to the classroom every day
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Certification, or related field (required).

- ECE Units are required
- Experience in a Montessori or early childhood classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for nurturing young learners’ natural curiosity and independence.
