What You’ll Do

As our Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of Raiz Eatery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Leading and mentoring a team to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitoring and maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the team to implement new ideas and strategies to enhance the dining experience.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Restaurant Manager with:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to inspire and guide a team.
- A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
