Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Providing exceptional support to Dealer clients and the National Sales Team, the full-time Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist will deliver top-tier customer service, assist with sales team correspondence, and manage daily customer service activities in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Deliver best-in-class customer service to external clients and support internal departments Coordinate with the sales team for in-field support and manage customer service activities Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records for all transactions Required qualifications 3+ years of customer service experience or relevant industry experience Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and spoken) Proficient in the MS Office suite; CRM experience is an asset Demonstrated experience with customer escalation, conflict resolution, and negotiation Ability to learn new processes quickly and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
