For example, if the shift starts at 11 p.m. on July 4 and ends at 11 a.m. on July 5, the entire shift will be at the holiday rate. If the shift begins at 11 p.m. on July 3 ending at 11 a.m. on July 4 (holiday), no holiday rate will be assessed.
