Leasing Manager

Full-time The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for current and prospective residents. Specific responsibilities include: Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer service Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units Conduct daily follow up with prospective tenants Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria: Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite Availability to work Mondays - Saturdays Compensation details: 18 Hourly Wage Hourly rate plus commissions We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance with opportunities for life insurance and 401K with employer matching.
