ER RN – Emergency Room

Schedule: Night Shift

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Active RN Licensure in the state
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• TNCC or TNS Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing techniques and policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to standards of care.
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations of patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in accordance with physician directives and facility policies.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and utilize clinical expertise to support patient care throughout the facility.
