Forklift Driver

Clean Harbors located in Phoenix, AZ are seeking to add a Forklift Driver to their team. The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely moving, organizing, and staging containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste received from Clean Harbors facilities and direct generators. This position primarily operates a forklift to offload, palletize, and reload materials while supporting transportation efficiency, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable storage permits and safety requirements. Pay: $20-28 DOE/HR. Shift: 3:00 PM–11:30 PM Monday-Friday. OT and Saturdays as needed. Why work for Clean Harbors?: Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5. Responsibilities: Safely offload, palletize, stage, and reload waste materials using a forklift. Coordinate incoming and outgoing loads between hubs, plants, and other outbound destinations. Support transportation efficiency while ensuring compliance with facility storage permits and operational requirements. Dispatch transportation from hub locations as needed. Assist with tracking manifest return timelines and required documentation. Maintain accurate information in the Hub Database, Outlook, and Hub Management systems. Inspect and handle containers according to company procedures and applicable safety and environmental regulations. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Safely climb on and off forklifts and operate equipment throughout the workday. Move drums weighing up to 800 pounds with a drum dolly and flex bins weighing up to 1,500 pounds with a pallet jack. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment is preferred. Forklift experience is required. Experience with Microsoft Office and using a computer is required. Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
