Front Desk AdministratorThe Front Desk Administrator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and customers. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, coordinating office activities, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, guests, and vendors.Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.Schedule meetings and conference rooms.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.Assist with data entry, filing, record management, and document preparation.Support onboarding activities and coordinate visitor badges or access.Maintain front desk procedures and ensure office organization.Provide administrative support to leadership and other departments.Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues professionally.Serve as a go-to support resource for the local team.Provide planning and execution support for company events, meetings, and diversity engagement initiatives.Respond to email, phone, and direct messages in a timely, professional manner.Perform additional administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned; manage ad hoc requests and special projects.Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,500 - $69,400. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
