Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Minimum 2–3 years of Lead Teacher experience with the age group CDA or Early Childhood Education degree highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Familiarity with Conscious Discipline Preferred Current First Aid and CPR certification Strong classroom management and organizational skills Dependable, consistent, and able to maintain established classroom routines Strong, positive interactions with children Ability to use positive guidance and developmentally appropriate redirection Comfortable creating and implementing lesson plans Ability to work collaboratively with co-teachers, support staff, and leadership We are looking for someone who is patient, calm, nurturing, and confident in leading a classroom. The right candidate should be able to maintain clear expectations and routines while providing children with a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow.
