Shifts: Nights 7p-7a, Every 3rd Weekend, On-Call (must be able to arrive within 30 minutes of being called in)

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - OB/L&D

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients
• Establish a collaborative plan of care and communicate it effectively
• Implement and evaluate care plans, modifying as necessary
• Complete documentation using established tools
• Assess readiness to learn and provide individualized education plans
• Participate in nursing department initiatives and committees
• Provide age-appropriate care according to professional standards
• Perform functions according to established policies and procedures

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - OB/L&D

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing
• At least 3 years of experience in OB, Postpartum, and/or L&D
• Current RN license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
